d\u00e9cret exprime la part de produits \u00e0 acqu\u00e9rir. Ces quantit\u00e9s sont exprim\u00e9es en pourcentage du montant hors taxes de la d\u00e9pense consacr\u00e9e \u00e0 chaque produit au cours d\u2019une ann\u00e9e civile.<br \/>Chaque ann\u00e9e, les acheteurs devront d\u00e9clarer la part de leur d\u00e9pense annuelle consacr\u00e9e \u00e0 l\u2019achat de ces produits ou cat\u00e9gories de produits aupr\u00e8s de l\u2019Observatoire \u00c9conomique de la Commande Publique (OECP).<\/span><\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-column elementor-col-50
